As an authorised representative of the named account holder I hereby agree that the account holder shall be bound by the following terms and conditions; 1. The domain hosting service will not be used to distribute illegal or copyright material nor use the service to send mass unsolicited email. Websites of a pornographic nature are not allowed on this service. 2. Registrations of domain names are subject to availability and eligibility. 3. Although measures are taken to make all services reliable, no guarantees are made that any portion of the services will be active at any given time, or that the service will be without downtime. Caznet Solutions cannot be held liable for any loss or dissapointment you may suffer as a result of faults or interruptions to service. 4. You must adopt appropriate measures to ensure the security of your account details, password and data and notify Caznet Solutions in a timely manner of any breach to your security. 5. Hosting services are under a twelve (12) month contract. Early cancellation will incr a $50 fee and no part of the service fee will be re-payable by Caznet Solutions. The full annual fee must be paid in advanced unless otherwise negotiated. 6. Your details will be kept on file for the purposes of Caznet Solutions adminisrtration only These details will not be provided to any other company or individual unless required by Australian law. 7. These terms and conditions are subject to change and a copy can be provided on request.
